PERANCANGAN ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE SISTEM INFORMASI PENGARSIPAN DOKUMEN DENGAN PENDEKATAN ZACHMAN FRAMEWORK (STUDI KASUS: KPP PRATAMA SUKABUMI)

Sukabumi Pratama Tax Service Office (KPP) is a government agency that has a high need for efficient archive management. However, the archiving process that is still carried out conventionally causes obstacles in searching, monitoring, and managing documents. Through a structured architectural design, this study designs an Enterprise Architecture for a document archive information system using the Zachman Framework approach. The design includes six perspectives and six focuses to form 36 cells as architectural guidelines. The system model is described using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), with the creation of interfaces and prototypes based on user needs. System testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method produced a score of 90, indicating a very good level of acceptance in terms of ease and functionality. This study produces a blueprint for an archive system that includes architectural design, administrative processes, interface design (user interface) which can be a guide for structured and sustainable system implementation at the Sukabumi Pratama Tax Service Office.
