Step-by-Step Research Submission Guide

Follow these 5 simple steps to deposit your thesis, journal article, or research paper.

Item Type

Select the item type: Article, Thesis, Conference Item, Book, or Dataset.

Upload File

Upload your PDF document. You may specify access permissions (Open Access or Embargo).

Metadata

Enter the title, author(s), abstract, publication date, and institutional division/prodi.

Subjects

Assign appropriate academic subject categories to make your work discoverable.

Deposit

Review your submission and click Deposit Item Now. Our library editorial team will verify it.

How to Search & Discover Research

Simple Search: Use the top search bar to find keywords across titles, abstracts, and author names.

Advanced Search: Filter research by specific fields including publication year, department/division, item type, or advisor name via Advanced Search.

Browsing: Navigate collections structured by Faculties & Departments, Subjects & Disciplines, or Publication Year.

Account Registration & Access

University Members: Faculty members, students, and researchers must use their university email address (@nusaputra.ac.id) to register an account.

Account Activation: After submitting the registration form, check your inbox for the confirmation link to activate your deposit privileges.

Forgot Password: Reset your password directly through the Password Reset Page.

Citations & Metadata Export

Export Formats: Every publication item page provides one-click export to BibTeX, EndNote, Dublin Core, RIS, and JSON.

Reference Managers: Compatible with Mendeley, Zotero, Citavi, and EndNote.

OAI-PMH Harvesting: Automated scrapers and institutional harvesters can access the repository feed at /cgi/oai2.

Q: How long does editorial review take?
A: Submissions are typically verified by library staff within 1–2 business days.

Q: Can I update my paper after depositing?
A: Yes, you can submit a new version or request an update through your user dashboard.

Q: Are all full-texts publicly downloadable?
A: Most items are Open Access. Items under embargo or copyright restrictions may require campus login or author request.
