Abstract

The construction of BTS telecommunications towers is a crucial construction project in the provision of telecommunications services. For this reason, the construction of BTS telecommunication towers is very important to be completed on time or faster and not experience delays. In this final project, a project acceleration analysis is carried out using the critical path method scheduling method to determine activities that are on the critical path and the Program evaluation and review technique to determine the probability of the project being completed on time. Based on the analysis carried out that the duration of CPM is 34 days with a probability of being completed in 34 days is 50%. And for acceleration analysis using the time cost trade off method, it is known that the optimal duration of the project is 31 days with an additional cost of Rp. 6.284.831 in the addition of 1 hour of overtime.
