ANALISA PERBANDINGAN RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA RUMAH SAKIT JIWA KLENDER DENGAN AHSP 2016 DAN AHSP 2022

The implementation of a construction project is closely related to the management process in it. Management of the cost budget to carry out the work, needs to be designed and arranged in such a way based on a structured estimation concept so as to produce the right estimated design value in an economic sense. The location of this research was held at the construction of the Klender mental hospital located Jl. Bunga Rampai X No. 8, Malacca Jaya, Kec. Duren Sawit, City of East Jakarta. The final results of the study show that the cost calculation for the Klender mental hospital construction project using the 2016 AHSP method is Rp. 11,987,072,268 while the estimated cost using the 2022 AHSP method is Rp. 10,020,540,812,. Then the results of the calculation, the comparison of estimated budget costs between the 2016 AHSP and 2022 AHSP methods, namely the 2016 AHSP method is 19.62% more expensive than the 2022 AHSP method, the results of the estimated costs using the 2022 AHSP method are the most economical. Because the wage and material unit price coefficient index is the smallest compared to the 2016 AHSP method
