ANALISIS PENYEBAB KERUSAKAN HOSE PADA DUMP TRUCK CAT 773E MENGGUNAKAN METODE FISHBONE DIAGRAM DAN PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

CAT 773E dump truck is one of the heavy equipment used in the mining world to transport mining materials such as coal, soil, rocks and others. The CAT 773E dump truck has a hydraulic hose component or hydraulic hose is one of the parts that functions as a conductor of hydraulic oil according to the desired pressure. In this hydraulic hose, several problems often occur including leakage and damage to the hydraulic hose including the cover, flange and fittings. Therefore Preventive maintenance on hydraulic hoses must be carried out preventive maintenance, which is an activity that aims to maintain the condition of the equipment always in the best performance and reduced breakdown time.Heavy equipment, Fisbone diagram, Hose hydraulic. In this preventive maintenance will use the fishbone method to find the root of the problem that often occurs. This method is shaped like a fishbone, with a long central line that represents the problem to be solved, and other branch lines describe the factors of the problem to be solved such as machine, material, environmental and human factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause damage to the hydraulic hose and design and implement preventive maintenance on the hydraulic hose. From the results of the fishbone method analysis, it can be seen that several factors causing damage to the hydraulic hose at PT Trakindo Utama site PT Tambang Semen Sukabumi, including more dominated by human factors including not replacing
/ repairing when the hose is damaged, exceeding the specified age limit, connecting hose that is not tight, improper hose installation and method factors include not doing daily preventive maintenance on the hose,
