Abstract

The development of human resources, especially for young people who are members of the Scout Movement, uses several scouting techniques including a skills marking system. The Scout Movement Proficiency Mark System is a General Proficiency Requirement (SKU). SKU are the proficiency requirements that must be met by Enforcement Scouts to get the General Proficiency Mark (TKU). Enforcement Scout TKU is a sign of proficiency after fulfilling the General Proficiency Requirements according to the level. But at this time it is still carried out face to face with scout coaches. In the testing procedure students often need to wait so that it wastes a lot of time. Based on these problems, an Android-based SKU Guidance System was designed using the Rapid Application Development Method. The Design of an Android-Based General Proficiency Guidance System is an application designed to make it easier for students to carry out SKU guidance starting from submitting tests, remedial work to the testing process and ACC, all of which are carried out online using information technology. This research aims to develop an Android-based general proficiency requirements guidance application called BIMSKU for enforcement scouts. In making it, this research uses the Android Studio application with the Rapid Application Development system development method. This application is designed using the Java programming language and using a firebase database, The results of black box testing that has been done, this system has run as expected. Then based on the results of usability testing, the average percentage result of 86.08% shows that the respondents' results are very good with the criteria of strongly agreeing with the existence of this system, Based on this, the Android-based General Proficiency Requirements guidance application is ready to be used online
