PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI KONTRAKAN BU JAMILAH MENGGUNAKAN WEBSITE DENGAN METODE SDLC

Information technology is currently a human need in carrying out various activities. By using the right information technology, information will be generated according to needs so that decisions can be taken quickly. Mrs. Jamilah's rental is a place to stay or rent that is located in Cikarang with pretty good rental facilities. The landlord has several problems such as less than optimal rental marketing or advertising, the landlord lacks knowledge in contract marketing in cyberspace (internet). The landlord still keeps the landlord's data, only archived in the form of photocopies of ID cards and family cards, which can result in the loss of the landlord's archives. To overcome the existing problems, researchers designed a rental information system that could make it easier for landlords to promote rented rooms and keep records of rented service users. Researchers used descriptive research methods and observational data collection techniques by looking directly at Mrs. Jamilah's rented room. The website-based system is responsive. Researchers designed the making of applications using the waterfall method. Researchers use the PHP programming language with the Codeginiter framework and Bootstrap. The results of this study are that landlords can easily promote rentals and keep records of rented service users properly.
