To address this, this research proposes the use of a website capable of calculating taxes quickly and accurately. The utilization of information technology in this process improves efficiency, facilitates access, and provides transparency in tax calculation, enabling employees to understand and calculate their taxes more effectively and accurately. The study utilizes Extreme Programming as the chosen development approach, employing PHP as the programming language. and Bootstrap and CodeIgniter as the frameworks used. This implementation demonstrates how the appropriate technology and development methods can facilitate the process and improve the accuracy of tax calculation..
