IMPLEMENTASI PADA SISTEM ADMINISTRASI PELAYANAN DESA CICANTAYAN BERBASIS WEBISTE

The public administration service system at the Office of Cicantayan Village, Cicantayan District, is currently not computerized and integrated. This condition leads to an ineffective and inefficient government system, as well as inadequate human resources quality among civil servants. There are complaints and grievances from the public regarding complicated procedures, uncertainty in time frames, non-transparent costs, and inefficiency of personnel, which negatively impact the government's image. The research aims to design and implement a website-based administrative service system to enhance the quality of public services at the Office of Cicantayan Village.

The research findings indicate numerous complaints and grievances from the public related to complex procedures, uncertain time frames, costs to be incurred, non-transparent requirements, and personnel inefficiency, which negatively affect the government's image. To address these issues, the proposal of developing a website-based application program is suggested as a solution to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative services and facilitate the service process.

The research also employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to construct the administrative service system. RAD is chosen for its ability to develop systems faster than other traditional methods.

By implementing the website-based administrative service system using the RAD method, it is hoped that the Office of Cicantayan Village can enhance the quality of services to the public, reduce administrative obstacles, and create a better government image. This system is expected to have a positive impact in supporting service activities and promoting the efficiency of public services.
