Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology, especially in the field of cellular communication, has driven the increasing need for fast and reliable internet access in various places. To meet these needs, users need to have accurate information about their cellular data quota and be able to transmit cellular data between providers. In this study, the Zachman Framework is used as a framework for analyzing, designing, and implementing the MyKuota application. The Zachman Framework provides a systematic approach to understanding, documenting, and analyzing different perspectives related to this application. First, this study will analyze the ontology perspective to understand the essence of the MyKuota application, including the entities involved and the relationships between them. Furthermore, the perspective of the data owner will be considered to identify user needs and ensure the accuracy of the quota information presented by the application. Then, an architectural perspective is used to design the structure of the MyKuota application, including the main components and the interactions between them. The implementation perspective provides technical guidance for developing the MyKuota application by considering various aspects, such as data security and interoperability with various providers. In addition, an operational perspective will be analyzed to understand how this application can be operated effectively and efficiently. Finally, a managerial perspective will be considered to evaluate the impact of implementing MyKuota on business aspects and related managerial decisions. This research will involve literature analysis, case studies, and the development of a prototype of the MyKuota application using the Zachman Framework as a guide. Prototype evaluation will be carried out through testing and comparison with current similar applications. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of a better MyKuota application, with more efficient and accurate cellular data transmission to various providers. In addition, applying the Zachman Framework to this application context can provide useful guidance for other application developers facing similar challenges.
