SMART SYSTEM COMPANY PROFILE UMKM MENGGUNAKAN ZACHMAN FRAMEWORK GUNA MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING GLOBAL

This thesis aims to develop a smart system with a company profile for small and medium businesses (MSMEs) using the Zachman pattern. Globalization and advances in information technology have encouraged MSMEs to take advantage of broader market potential through the internet. However, many MSMEs have not utilized this potential properly. Therefore, to increase their ability to compete in the global market, it is necessary to develop an intelligent system that is able to properly describe the profile of MSMEs. In the process of developing this system, the Zachman framework was chosen because it allows multiple perspectives to be used as a guide for designing and organizing business information. The results of this study are expected to produce a smart system that can display the profiles of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In addition, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase their competitiveness in the modern era.
