Abstract

Traveloka is an Asia-wide travel platform that provides various types of travel needs, local attractions, and financial service products. With all the services available at Traveloka, it is not certain that it can satisfy customers and get good ratings. Various reviews of the Traveloka application can be seen in the comments column on the Google Play Store, but we cannot see how many have given positive or negative reviews. Therefore the researcher conducted a sentiment analysis of the reviews given for the Traveloka application which will be classified as positive and negative based on the score given and the results reviewed. In this study the method used was Support Vector Machines (SVM) with a total of 3000 data and the results obtained were 84.9% positive, 11.9% negative and 3.3% neutral. Classification using the SVM algorithm produces a classification of 82%.
