Abstract
In the digital era like today, people want to buy products in a more convenient and easy way through electronic devices. Therefore, online stores have great potential to achieve success in their operations. Keler Bouquet is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) that focuses on providing flower arrangements and gift needs. The marketing methods used so far have only been through social media such as Instagram and WhatsApp, resulting in stagnant and unproductive sales. To increase profitability and expand the target market, this research will discuss the effectiveness of online store marketing, building a website, and implementing Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve the visibility and branding of Keler Bouquet. This research uses data from advertising engagement on Instagram and TikTok platforms as well as sales reports over the past year. The research objectives are to determine the effectiveness of online store marketing in increasing consumer purchasing frequency, building a website to expand marketing reach, and implementing SMM and SEO to improve the visibility and branding of Keler Bouquet.
