IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA PEMANDIAN AIR PANAS CIKUNDUL UNTUK MENGETAHUI PENGARUH FASILITAS DAN PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG

Cikundul hot spring is one of the natural tourist attractions which is an asset for the local government of Sukabumi City with hot water being a magnet. During the Covid 19 pandemic, the number of visitors to this tour decreased significantly due to the impact of the PPKM implementation. In 2021 the Cikundul Hot Springs area has experienced an increase in the number of visitors. However, based on research in 2022 the level of visitor satisfaction was 65% expressing dissatisfaction with the Cikundul hot spring facilities. The data was taken based on the results of a questionnaire with a sample of 35 respondents to Cikundul hot spring visitors. This study describes the effect of a website-based information system on visitor satisfaction and the use of K-Means Clustering in this study can provide an overview of the parameter mapping studied by collecting data with a total sample of 100 visitors by distributing direct questionnaires and filling out questionnaires on the google form. The results showed that the website information system has an effect on visitor satisfaction. Although this research is not yet strong enough to be used as a benchmark, at least it can be used as an illustration for managers to further improve facilities and services for visitors and for local governments to be more optimal in management, especially the maintenance and development budget so that this tour remains the prima donna of visitors from within. and outside the city of Sukabumi.
