RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM KLOP JOB AND CAREER BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN FEAF (Studi kasus: Universitas Nusa Putra)

Until August 2022 the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) reached 5.86% or around 8.42 million people of the total Labor Force (AK) in Indonesia with a distribution of 7.74% of the urban population and 3.43% of the rural population. The highest number of unemployed if based on the age range is in the age range of 20-24 years, which is around 2.5 million people. In 2023, the IMF predicts that Indonesia will experience a decrease in the unemployment rate to around 5.3%. Currently, Nusa Putra University graduates only get information about job vacancies through the Nusa Putra University Career Service Unit (CSU) social media. With advances in technology which provide freedom and convenience for people to share employment information. Enterprise Architecture is the design of business processes and technology in every organization and company, and then integrated to achieve a certain goal. This system was built by applying the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) model which will make the relationship between companies and educational institutions well coordinated. Using FEAF (Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework) in making the Job and Career Job and Career system, can provide benefits such as ensuring compatibility between business strategy and information technology, increasing system efficiency and effectiveness, and facilitating the management and development of systems on an ongoing basis. Through the tests that have been carried out, the acquisition of an average value of 87.31 indicates that the system can be well received by users and can be categorized as strongly agreeing that the system created will be able to help graduates of Nusa Putra University find work, and for companies it can help Find candidates who match the desired criteria.
