HUBUNGAN KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER KEPRAMUKAAN DENGAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA MI CANTAYAN

This research is motivated by the low discipline of students at MI Cantayan. Awareness of upholding discipline can be trained with positive activities held by schools through scouting extracurriculars. The approach of this research method is quantitative by using a correlational causal relationship. The population of this study were scout scout students, namely grades 4, 5 and 6 of MI Cantayan, with a sample of 40 people. This study aims to determine the relationship between scouting extracurricular activities and the discipline of MI Cantayan students. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques carried out in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, correlation coefficient analysis. The results of the study are that there is a relationship between scouting variables and discipline variables. This can be proven by the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient test data obtained by 0.670 with a significance value of
0.000. based on these values it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between scout extracurriculars and student discipline, because it has exceeded r table = 0.312, namely 0.670 > 0.312.
