Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze compensation in relation to Key Performance Indicators in the case study of the garment factory PT. XYZ, part of the warehouse department. In this study, data processing analysis used IBM version 25 of the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) application. population of 53 employees, sampling using saturated sampling method is a sampling strategy used 53 non-probability employee respondents. Research methodology with surveys and questionnaires as data collection instruments. With classical assumption test instrument analysis and hypothesis testing using the T test and the coefficient of determination test The results of the study show that salary compensation, incentives and benefits simultaneously have a positive and significant relationship except for benefits which are not significant because employees in the warehouse department feel that the company is not optimal in providing benefits to employees.
