PENGARUH PERILAKU KEUANGAN DAN PENGGUNAAN FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM DI KOTA SUKABUMI

This research was conducted to determine the effect of financial behavior and the use of Financial Technology on the performance of MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi. The sample in this study were 100 MSME owners in the city of Sukabumi which were obtained from the calculation of the slovin formula and by using a purposive sampling technique as the required sampling decision. The research approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression approaches. Data processing uses the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study show that each independent variable, namely financial behavior and financial technology, has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of MSMEs, this can be seen from the results of the t-test analysis which shows that each variable has significant influence partially. Then, it is known that financial behavior and Financial Technology simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi. That is, based on these results it can be concluded that the hypothesis set out in this study can be accepted.
