ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA RANTAI PASOKAN PADA UMKM BIDANG BUDIDAYA TANAMAN SAYURAN DI KECAMATAN NAGRAK KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors influencing the performance of the supply chain in SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) engaged in vegetable cultivation in the Nagrak sub-district of Sukabumi regency. This thesis employs a quantitative approach method with data collection carried out through the distribution of questionnaires both directly and online. The research sample consists of 100 individuals or respondents who are involved in the SME vegetable cultivation business in the Nagrak sub-district. The results of this study indicate that upstream supply and internal supply chain have an influence on the supply chain performance of SMEs in the field of vegetable cultivation, while downstream does not have an influence on the supply chain performance of SMEs in the field of egetable cultivation.
