PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT SINAR SOSRO KANTOR PUSAT DISTRIBUSI CISAAT SUKABUMI

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT Sinar Sosro Kantor Pusat Distribusi Cisaat Sukabumi. The population of this study is all employees of PT. Sinar Sosro Kantor Pusat Distribusi Cisaat Sukabumi totaling 53 while the internal sample is 50 employees obtained from purposive sample criteria. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data collection method in this study uses primary data sources and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting research online using a questionnaire. Secondary data used in this study were obtained from books, journals, expert opinions, and internet sites. The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The tool for data processing used is SPSS version 25 for windows. The results showed that motivation (X1) obtained a sig value of 0.003 <0.05 and t value 3.109
<1.677 t table so it can be concluded that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). So it means that H1 of this study is accepted. Discipline (X2) obtained a sig value of 0.399 > 0.05 and t value 0.852 <1.677 t table. It can be concluded that discipline has no effect on Discipline X2 does not have a significant effect on Y. So it means that in H2 the research is not accepted. Analyst test f on the variable motivation X1 and discipline X2 together get a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated f value of 51,658 > from the value of f table. So it can be concluded that motivation and discipline variables jointly affect employee performance variables. Then it means that H3 of the research is accepted. Then the influence of motivation and discipline together affects the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Sosro Kantor Pusat Distribusi Cisaat Sukabumi.
