Abstract

The effectiveness and efficiency of human resources in today's institutions determine the level of success in the process of growth and development of a company. One of the developments that companies can make is by reviewing employee performance through their knowledge and skills. To be able to achieve the goals and survival of the company. This study aims to determine how much influence the level of education and training has on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan KC Sukabumi. The analysis method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis while the sample technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 29 people. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the variable value of the level of education (X1) is 0.407 which has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). and training (X2) of 0.881 which has a partially significant effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the multiple linear regression coefficient (R²) show the percentage contribution of the influence between variables X1 and X2 on Y by 61.7%. The results of the above calculations can be concluded that the level of education and training on employee performance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.
