ANALISIS PENILAIAN KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT.TIRTA INVESTAMA DANONE AQUA GRUP PLANT LEGOS MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALITYCAL HIERARCY PROCESS (Studi Kasus PT.Tirta Investama Danone Aqua Grup plant legos)

This study aims to determine the priority of employee performance appraisal criteria at PT. Tirta Investama Danone Aqua Group Plant Legos to make it more effective. Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method is used to compare all criteria and prioritize criteria for assessing employee performance with the help of Microsoft Excel calculations.

This research was conducted to find out which criteria and alternatives are the top priority in evaluating employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama Danone Aqua Group Plant Legos. The results of this study indicate priorities for evaluating employee performance

1st Discipline with a percentage value of 45%, 2nd communication with a percentage value of 20%, 3rd with a work performance percentage value with a percentage value of 20% and the last criterion is work experience with a value of 5%.

The results of the ranking analysis of employee performance appraisal are that employees of Kharis get rank 1 with a value of 36, employees of Endar get a rank of 2 with a value of 32.75, employees of Naseh get a rank of 3 with a value of 31.25, employees of Suprianto get a rank of 4 with a value of 31, employees of Erwinsyah got rank 5 with a score of 31, Dery employees got rank 6 with a score of 29.5, Dendi employees got rank 7 with a score of 27, Jabarko employees got rank 8 with a score of 27, Ahlan employees got a rank 9 with a score of 26, and Kamal Pra employees got a rank rank 10 with a value of 18.5
