Abstract
The Human Resources function itself can provide certainty of results with good and increased performance (Vika Luila & Bambang Haryadi, 2013). Therefore, the arrangement and management of the company's human resources must be carried out effectively and efficiently in order to have better quality human resources. The quality of performance can be improved in several ways, one of which is training and education before the employee is engaged in their respective fields and before being given a task, namely when the employee is in the recruitment stage. This research was conducted at the National Prayer Communication Forum (FKDB) located on Jl. Raya Selakopi, Cicantayan District, Sukabumi Regency. Type of exploratory approach "in this study is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach". In this study the data collection technique used was a questionnaire technique or filling out a questionnaire as a research instrument. Based on the measurement scale, this study uses a Likert scale. Based on the results of partial testing carried out using the SPSS 25 application on the Education variable (X1), the results were obtained with a sig. of 0.027 0.05 and the tcount value is 2.332 ttable 1.703 so that it can be concluded that the results of the partial test on the Education Variable (X1) have an effect on employee performance
(Y) and have a significant relationship to the Employee Performance variable meaning that in H1 this research is rejected and on the Training variable (X2), the results are obtained with a sig. of 0.747 0.05 and tcount -0.326 ttable 1.703 so that it can be concluded that the results of the partial test on the variable Training (X2) have no effect on employee performance (Y) and have no significant relationship to the variable quality of employee performance (Y) meaning that in H2 from the study this is rejected so the F test (simultaneous) on the variables Education (X1), Training (X2) jointly obtain a Sig value of 0.005 0.05 with an Fcount value of 6.532 from the Ftable value of 3.32 . so that from the test results it can be concluded that together these Training and Education variables affect the employee performance variable as the dependent variable and can be said to simultaneously influence the Employee Performance variable (Y). So it means H3 from this study is accepted.
