PENGARUH KETERLIBATAN KARYAWAN, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN RETENSI KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN INDUSTRI RUMAHAN UKM ASKI SPORT

The home based SME industry is a growing sector and offers various opportunities for entrepreneurs, to start their own business from home. There are many profitable home business ideas that can be started with a small investment. Some of these ideas include selling handmade products, starting a dropshipping business, print-on-demand business, buying products wholesale and selling them online, buying an existing e-commerce business, starting a subscription box business, and teaching online. UKM Home Industry Aski Sport, is an UKM that was founded in 2020 by Asep Junaedi. A cottage industry that sells and manufactures sports balls in Sukabumi Regency, some of which include soccer, volleyball and basketball balls as well as sports accessories. This study aims to find out how the Influence of Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction and Employee Retention on the Performance of Aski Sport Home Industry Employees. This research was processed using SPSS 26 with a total sample of 70 employees at Aski Sport. The results of this study indicate that each of these factors contributes significantly to organizational performance, with higher levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention associated with improved performance.
