PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. BPR SEMESTA MEGADANA

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance at PT. BPR Semesta Megadana. The number of samples used in this study were 37 samples using a proportional sampling technique. The research approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression approaches. The author uses the help of the SPSS 25 program in processing data. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance, workload also has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Semesta Megadana. Therefore, it can be said that the hypothesis set in this study is accepted.
