Abstract

In the era of globalization, increasing organizational change requires companies to implement the vision, mission and strategy of change in the organization and corporate culture. Changes that occur as a result of advances in technology and information, companies must dare to change processes and innovations that require training and development to anticipate unexpected and unexpected needs in the future. The larger the company, the more problems will be encountered in the field of management. Companies need human resources, both managers and employees. Against many causes or factors in influencing performance, one of which is leadership style and work discipline. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of employees of centralis emboss A PT. Glostar Indonesia. This research approach uses a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling techniques.the data sources in this study use primary and secondary data. The population in this study amounted to 105 employees with a sample of 52 employees. The results of this study resulted that 60.5% of the variables of leadership style and work discipline affect employee performance in centralis emboss A PT. Glostar Indonesia and 39.5% influenced by other factors.
