Abstract
The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Workload on Turnover Intentions in the employees of the QC Department of PT. Busana Indah Global Sukabumi. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population used was all QC department employees, totaling 85 and the sample in this study were 46 employees. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test using SPSS 25. The results showed that partially the work environment did not affect the intention to change jobs, this was obtained from the t test showing a Sig value of 0.591 > 0.05 and thitung 0.542 <ttabel 1.681. Workload partially has a significant effect on the intention to change jobs, this is obtained from the t test showing a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a thitung value of 4.333 > ttabel 1.681. The results of the F test show that the Work Environment and Workload jointly affect the Intention to Switch Jobs, this is obtained from the F test showing a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and an Fhitung value of 15.692 > Ftabel 3.21.
