Abstract
This study explains how the influence of work performance and rewards on improving employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable for employees with case studies at international brand shoe factories. on improving employee performance, the partial effect of rewards on work discipline, the partial effect of work performance on work discipline, the effect of rewards on improving performance through work discipline, and the effect of work performance on improving employee performance through work discipline in international brand shoe factories. So to measure this research uses the relationship between variables, namely the independent variable (X₁) as work performance (X₂) as a reward, the dependent variable (Y) as an increase in employee performance and the intervening or mediating variable (Z) as work discipline. Respondents in this study were 261 people, namely employees from international brand shoe factories. The research method uses data collection techniques, namely by observation and distribution of questionnaires and data analysis techniques by processing data in SPSS 25 using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis tests and path analysis.
