Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of employee recruitment and motivation on employee performance at PT Oro plastindo cidahu sukabumi. The sample in this study were 65 employees of PT Oro plastindo cidahu sukabumi obtained based on the slovin formula and using proportional sampling techniques. In this study, the research methodology used is quantitative research with multiple linear regression strategies. The results of this study indicate that the recruitment system has a significant effect on the performance of Pt. Employees. Oro Plastindo, meaning that good and systematic recruitment will produce employees who have high performance. Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance Pt. Oro Plastindo, meaning that providing good motivation will improve employee performance Pt. Oro Plastindo. The recruitment system and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Pt. Oro Plastindo, meaning that the better the recruitment system and work motivation will improve the performance of Pt. Oro Plastindo employees. Oro Plastindo. That is, based on the results of the hypothesis set out in this study is accepted.
