ANALISIS TINGKAT KEMATANGAN WEBSITE BAZNAS KABUPATEN SUKABUMI MENGGUNAKAN DOMAIN BUILD ACQUIRE AND IMPLEMENT DALAM FRAMEWORK COBIT 2019

The BAZNAS (National Zakat Board) website of Sukabumi Regency plays a pivotal role in supporting transparent and efficient digital zakat services. However, challenges in feature updates and suboptimal management of information system requirements hinder comprehensive digital transformation. These issues underscore the necessity to evaluate the maturity level of the current information system. This study aims to assess the maturity level of the information system on the BAZNAS Sukabumi website using the COBIT 2019 Framework, specifically focusing on the BAI02 domain (Managed Requirements Definition). The research employs methods such as observation, interviews, and literature review, analyzed through the capability level model of COBIT 2019. Findings indicate that the management of information system requirements is at Level 3 (Established Process), signifying standardized, documented, and consistently applied processes. Nonetheless, gaps remain compared to the desired future state (Level 4 – Predictable), particularly in areas like monitoring, performance measurement, and systematic risk management.In conclusion, while the BAZNAS Sukabumi website demonstrates sound information system management, enhancements are needed in continuous control and measurement. Recommendations focus on strengthening governance, improving performance metric documentation, and developing periodic evaluation strategies to achieve higher capability levels.
