SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN APLIKASI TOKO GROSIR PADA TOKO FERI MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL

Manual record-keeping using notebooks at Toko Feri in Sukatani Village has led to several issues, such as delayed data entry, calculation errors, and the risk of data loss. This study aims to design an integrated digital application using the waterfall method to effectively manage stock, transactions, and sales reports. The research stages include requirements analysis through observation and interviews, system design, system development, implementation, black-box testing, and system maintenance. The results show that the designed system aligns with the functional needs of Toko Feri and has proven to be a viable solution to the existing problems. This design successfully provides a solid foundation for improving the store’s operational efficiency. For future development, it is recommended that the application be extended to offline desktop and mobile versions, with additional features such as advanced reporting and a notification module for low stock levels.
