PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI VISUALISASI PEMETAAN PENGALAMAN PENGUNJUNG WISATA BUDAYA KASEPUHAN CIPTAGELAR MENGGUNAKAN METODE K-MEANS CLUSTERING

Kasepuhan Ciptagelar is a cultural tourism destination with a strong appeal rooted in traditional values, customary practices, and a preserved community lifestyle. This study aims to map the visitor experience of cultural tourism in Ciptagelar and design a web-based information system to support data-driven decision-making in tourism management. The K-Means Clustering method was employed to segment
62 respondents based on five key experience indicators: characteristics and activities, motivation and interest, economic impact, potential and expectations, and infrastructure and government support.
The clustering analysis resulted in five primary clusters, with Cluster C4 emerging as the dominant group expressing the highest levels of satisfaction and optimism, while Cluster C3 showed the lowest visitor experience scores. These findings provide a foundation for more targeted promotional strategies, community-based service development, and improvements in facilities and engagement for less active groups. The designed information system features interactive visuals such as dashboards, radar charts, and cluster segmentation, allowing data exploration down to the individual level.
Practically, the findings assist tourism managers in understanding visitor profiles and designing adaptive and sustainable development strategies. Academically, this research contributes to the application of clustering techniques in cultural tourism studies and the development of information systems as a decision support tool.
