ANALISIS RISIKO OPERASIONAL PROSES PRODUKSI ALAT DAPUR KAYU DENGAN PENDEKATAN ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT (ERM) : STUDI PADA UMKM CV KARYA WINAZAR

This research aims to analyze operational risks in MSMEs CV Karya Winazar using the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research type. The case study method is applied in this research with the aim of understanding and analyzing operational risks. The analysis results show that the identification of operational risks does not have a significant effect on the risk control strategy with a T-statistic value of 0.105 and a P-value of 0.916, while the application of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) has a significant effect on the risk control strategy with a T-statistic value of 19.147 and a P-value of 0.000. These findings reinforce the importance of implementing ERM as an effective framework in developing a structured risk control strategy. Therefore, there is a need to enhance the integration of risk identification results into the strategic decision-making process to strengthen effectiveness risk control in the MSME environment.
