Batununggal Village faces various challenges in administrative services, such as manual processes, lack of transparency, and limited access to information for the community. To address these issues, this research aims to develop a web-based information system to optimize village administrative services using the Prototype method. The system is built using React.js as the frontend, Laravel as the backend, and MySQL as the database, enabling efficient data management and real-time information access. The test results indicate that the developed system enhances service efficiency, simplifies data processing, and provides more transparent information access for the community. With this system, it is expected that administrative services in Batununggal Village will be more optimized, increasing community participation and satisfaction in accessing village services.
