Abstract
In this study, a descriptive quantitative research method was used. Descriptive statistics are statistics that use sample data or population data exactly as they are. Since the population consists of 33 employees, and the population is less than 100 people, 33 samples were taken from the entire population or using a saturated sample. This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress, and work discipline on employee performance at the UPTD P3DW City of Sukabumi. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, employee performance at the UPTD P3DW City of Sukabumi is significantly and positively influenced by work stress, work discipline, and workload. The significance level is 0.05, and the calculated F value (48.889) is greater than the table F value (3.328). With significance levels of 0.004 and 0.05, respectively, the partial hypothesis test calculation yielded a t-value of 3.119 and a t-table value of 2.045. This indicates that employee performance at the UPTD P3DW in Sukabumi City is positively and significantly influenced by their workload. At a significance level of 0.05, the partial hypothesis test calculation yields a t-value of (-4.396), indicating that work stress significantly and negatively affects employee performance at the UPTD P3DW in Sukabumi City. A t-value of 4.381 at a significance level of 0.05 was obtained from the partial hypothesis test calculation, indicating that work discipline significantly and positively influences employee performance at the UPTD P3DW in Sukabumi City.
