ANALISA STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PADA CAFÉ BUTLER BAR & BISTRO SUKABUMI

This study aims to ensure that every cafe and bistro is able to adapt and find the right business strategy to survive and thrive in the midst of this increasingly tight competition. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative research type with a case study approach. Qualitative methods with a case study approach use various data sources such as interviews, observations, and collection of supporting documents to increase the validity of the study. Furthermore, an analysis is carried out using a SWOT matrix through an approach to external factors (EFAS) and internal factors (IFAS). From the results of the research and observations that have been carried out, the strengths of Butler Bar & Bistro such as the use of quality raw materials, affordable selling prices, customer service, and unique and attractive building designs can be utilized to increase visitor appeal so that profits can be obtained optimally. The strategy that has been prepared is in accordance with the results of observations and data analysis to minimize the weaknesses and threats faced by the Butler Bar & Bistro Sukabumi cafe.
