PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI TOKO BANGUNAN DI CV. BERJUANG SAKTI MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK ZACHMAN (Studi Kasus: CV. Berjuang Sakti)

This research focuses on designing an information system for building material store operations at CV. Berjuang Sakti using the Zachman Framework. The store’s current manual stock management process causes issues such as inaccurate data, recording errors, and inefficient decision-making. To overcome these problems, this study applies an Enterprise Architecture approach to design a structured and digitalized information system. The system covers key aspects including stock monitoring, transaction recording, and report generation in real-time. The Zachman Framework is employed to analyze the system from six perspectives: Planner, Owner, Designer, Builder, Implementer, and User. The result is a system prototype that enhances operational efficiency, reduces human errors, and supports informed business decisions. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) resulted in a score of 72.3, categorized as “Good,” indicating the system’s feasibility for practical use in supporting CV. Berjuang Sakti’s daily operations.
