Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance motivation at the Cibitung Subdistrict Office using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The study focuses on three main criteria: Work Environment, Reward, and Leadership. Data was collected through a pairwise comparison questionnaire, and then processed using the AHP method to determine the priority weights and priority vectors of each criterion. The results show that the Leadership (K3) criterion holds the highest priority weight at 0,66646 (37,00 %), followed by Reward (K2) at 0,6009 (33,37%) , and Work Environment (K1) at 0,53356 (29,63%) . The consistency test yielded λ max = 3.001, Consistency Index (CI)=0.0005, and Consistency Ratio (CR) =0.00086, indicating that the assessments were logically consistent and reliable. The conclusion of this study is that leadership plays the most dominant role in influencing employee motivation, while the reward system and work environment also contribute significantly. These findings are expected to serve as input for the Cibitung Subdistrict administration in designing effective and measurable strategies to improve employee performance.
