OPTIMALISASI SISTEM SWEEPING ORDER DI PT FLEXO SOLUSI INDONESIA DENGAN METODE SCM (SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT)

PT Flexo Solusi Indonesia is a company engaged in manufacturing and distribution, which still relies on an Excel-based ordering process that lacks system integration. This approach often leads to issues such as data processing delays, input errors, and poor coordination between order staff, warehouse, and logistics teams. Sweeping order, which refers to the process of consolidating and verifying orders from various marketplaces before further processing, is still performed manually, slowing down the workflow. This study aims to develop a web-based sweeping order system using the Supply Chain Management (SCM) approach to improve efficiency, accuracy, and coordination in the ordering process. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that automating the sweeping order process accelerates workflow, reduces input errors, and improves operational efficiency. The system was tested through functional and beta testing, achieving a user satisfaction rate of 93.2%. Therefore, the system is feasible for full implementation in the company's operations.
