PENERAPAN ALGORITMA DECISION TREE DALAM SISTEM WEB KLASIFIKASI PENERIMA BANTUAN PKH DI KELURAHAN SRIWIDARI

PKH (Family Hope Program) is a conditional social assistance program for poor families (KM) designated as PKH beneficiaries. However, the process of determining beneficiaries has not been optimal. It is still not supported by
information technology. This can cause the recipient process to be lengthy, inefficient, and at risk of not being targeted appropriately. Therefore, a system is needed that can simplify and accelerate the classification process while being objective and transparent. The application of the Decision Tree algorithm is considered suitable for processing data based on certain criteria and producing easy-to-understand decisions. The dataset in this study consists of 1,200 data
points with various attributes such as income, occupation, education, age, housing status, marital status, and vehicle ownership. Evaluation results show that the Decision Tree C4.5 model has 98% accuracy, 100% precision, 97% recall, and
98% f1-score. The system developed facilitates officers in determining residents' eligibility efficiently, accurately, and based on data. With this system, decisions will be based on data that has been systematically analyzed so that it is fair and transparent for all parties. So that this research can determine whether or not someone is eligible to receive PKH assistance.
