ANALISIS KINERJA RUAS JALAN CIBADAK UNTUK PROYEKSI 5 TAHUN KE DEPAN DENGAN PKJI 2023 (Studi Kasus: Ruas Jalan Surya Kencana Sta. 111+580 - Sta. 112+203)

Population growth and increasing vehicle volume during peak hours in the Cibadak area, Sukabumi Regency, cause traffic congestion which has an impact on the declining performance of the Surya Kencana road section. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Surya Kencana Sta. 111 + 580 - Sta. 112 + 203 road section in existing conditions and project its performance for the next five years using the Indonesian Road Performance Guidelines (PKJI) 2023. The method used is the Indonesian Road Performance Guidelines 2023 and future value. The results of the study for performance are categorized as F for performance in existing conditions and the next 5 years. The DJ value is 1.05 for existing conditions while the 2030 projection shows an increase in DJ to 1.45. The average speed of passenger cars in smooth conditions was recorded at 36.41 km / h, in dense conditions 12.66 km / h, and in very dense conditions 6.72 km / h. Motorcycles showed an average speed of 42.93 km/h in smooth conditions, 21.02 km/h in congested conditions, and 11.49 km/h in very congested conditions. Meanwhile, medium vehicles had lower speeds, namely 34.44 km/h in smooth conditions, 9.50 km/h in congested conditions, and 5.84 km/h in very congested conditions. Road performance values exceeding 0.85 accompanied by low vehicle speeds indicate the need for alternative solutions, such as reducing side obstacles, adding road medians, and implementing a one-way system.
