SISTEM INFORMASI HRD DI PT COSMO TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN ARSITEKTUR MICROSERVICE

The recruitment process is still done manually so that it is less efficient and causes various problems, such as the accumulation of physical documents and ineffective time. This study aims to develop a web-based information system using a microservice architecture that focuses on the employee recruitment process. This system uses the Express.js and Laravel frameworks for the backend, HTML and Bootstrap for the frontend, and a MySQL database. With a microservice architecture, the system is broken down into several small services that are interconnected via API, thereby increasing flexibility, scalability, and ease of management. The results of the study based on the Likert scale showed that the average respondent rated the ease of use of the website at 4.3 (good), website response speed 4.5 (good), feature effectiveness
3.9 (neutral), suitability of features to user needs 4.3 (good), and satisfaction in applying for jobs through the website 4.3 (good). Black box testing showed that the system functioned 100% according to the designed scenario. As a result, this system simplifies the recruitment process for HRD with more efficient management and provides a better experience for applicants, such as more structured file management compared to manual recruitment systems, cost savings in the form of paper used to apply for jobs and the time used by applicants to wait for application results.
