Abstract

In the midst of the current digital era, location-based customer data management has become crucial for PT. Victory Network Indonesia in its efforts to improve service quality and support operational activities both in the office and in the field. This study develops a WebGIS system designed to visualize customer data interactively and geographically, utilizing ReactJS for the user interface and Node.js for the backend server. The development process is carried out in an iterative and adaptive manner using the Agile method, allowing the system to dynamically adjust to user needs. The system presents comprehensive customer data, including name, service type, and status, displayed on a digital map with distinct icons and colors for easy identification. Functional testing using the black- box method shows that all features run smoothly without technical issues, while user satisfaction evaluation from 10 respondents indicates an average satisfaction level of 85.2%, demonstrating that the system is user-friendly, informative, and responsive to user requirements. Therefore, this study proves that the developed WebGIS system not only operates effectively from a technical perspective but also serves as an alternative solution that facilitates easier customer data management and accelerates location-based decision-making, potentially supporting increased operational efficiency and service quality at PT. Victory Network Indonesia.
