Abstract

The development of information technology, especially WebGIS, has created competitive advantages in various fields, has encouraged the use of WebGIS as a more efficient mapping and spatial data management solution. This study aims to design a WebGIS system for mapping and managing local transmigration land in Sagaranten District, Sukabumi Regency. This system is built using QGIS as a spatial database and Leaflet as an interactive map visualization library. The system development process uses the Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) methodology approach, which allows system development in a structured but flexible manner according to user needs. In addition, this system is equipped with a forward chaining method to provide plant recommendations based on a combination of land condition parameters, namely land use, soil type, air content, and slope gradient. Data were collected through field observations, interviews, and literature studies. The results of system testing using Lighthouse showed that the system performed well with high scores in the performance aspect of 97, accessibility 93, and best practices 74. The resulting WebGIS system is able to display information comprehensively, provide automatic plant recommendations, and support decision making based on spatial data. The implementation of this system is expected to increase the efficiency of transmigration land management, strengthen transparency, and assist in sustainable regional development planning.
