PERANCANGAN ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE SISTEM INFORMASI PENERIMAAN PESERTA DIDIK BARU BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE ZACHMAN (Studi Kasus: Pondok Yatim Dhuafa Thursina)

Pondok Yatim Dhuafa Thursina is a social institution engaged in the empowerment of orphans and the poor. The process of accepting new foster children that is currently taking place still uses a manual system, which causes various obstacles such as data inaccuracy, difficulty in tracking information, and delays in decision making. To overcome this problem, an information system is needed that is able to support and facilitate the process of accepting new foster children. This study aims to design a system architecture for accepting new foster children using the Zachman method. The Zachman method is a framework for designing system architecture that provides comprehensive guidance in analyzing needs, designing, and implementing information systems by considering various perspectives. This study involves several stages, namely data collection, needs analysis, designing system architecture models, and evaluation. The results of this study are a design of a system architecture for accepting new foster children which includes several important components, such as business processes, data, applications, and technology. The implementation of this system is expected to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the process of accepting new foster children at Pondok Yatim Dhuafa Thursina.
