Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) learning model assisted by Animaker media on students' learning outcomes, interests, and motivation in the subject of science at SDN Tespong Raya. The method used is a quantitative approach with a true experimental design in the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class that implemented the SAVI model assisted by Animaker media and the control class that used the conventional model. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class, with an average pre-test score of 54 and a post-test score of 80.25. Data analysis using the Mann-Whitney test produced an Asymp. Sig. value of 0.017 <0.05, which showed a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class. In addition, the Independent Sample T-Test test of the interest and learning motivation questionnaire showed a positive response from the majority of students in the experimental class, with a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05. Observations during the learning process also noted that students in the experimental class were more active and enthusiastic compared to the control class. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the SAVI learning model assisted by Animaker media is effective in improving students' learning outcomes, interests, and motivation in the subject of science and science.
