Abstract

This research analyzes the competitive challenges in the digital printing industry faced by Primeraprint, using a SWOT approach to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This analysis aims to formulate an effective business strategy in facing increasingly fierce competition, exploiting market opportunities, and overcoming existing weaknesses and threats. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods and SWOT analysis. Primary data was obtained through interviews and observations, while secondary data was obtained through literature reviews. Data collection techniques include direct observation, structured interviews, and documentation. This research aims to identify internal and external factors that influence company performance, as well as formulate effective strategies to increase Primeraprint's competitiveness and business growth in the digital printing industry.
