PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. SUKABUMI EKSPRES MEDIA RADAR SUKABUMI

This research was conducted on PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on the work productivity of employees of PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi which totals 75 employees. The sample in this study is all employees of PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi totaled 75 people. Sampling Technique uses a saturated sampling technique. The research method used in this study is quantitative research using a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the study show that partially job satisfaction affects the work productivity of employees of PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi. Work discipline partially affects the work productivity of employees of PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi. Simultaneously, Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline have an influence on the Work Productivity of PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi. The influence of Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline on the Work Productivity of Employees of PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi is shown with a determination coefficient of 41.8 %. While the remaining 58.2% were influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study.
