PENGARUH DISIPLIN DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and workload on the performance of employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Sukabumi Regency. The background of this research is based on the importance of understanding the factors that affect employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with the determination of sampling using a saturated sample using all BKPSDM employees. The population in this study is 64 employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Sukabumi Regency. The data used in this study is primary data, by distributing a questionnaire with the measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The statistical method used is Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) version 29. The results of the hypothesis test, with a t-value of the Discipline variable (X1) of 2.882 and a t-table of 1.997, and a significance value of 0.006 > 0.05. The value of T calculated the Workload variable (X2) t to 7.989 and t table = 1.997 and the significance value of 0.001
< 0.005, the significance number of 0.001 < 0.005, while F calculated = 85.526 > F table =
3.140. Thus, the author draws the conclusion that Discipline and Workload affect the performance of Employees of the Sukabumi Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM).
