Abstract

This study analyzes the user experience of the mobile application Edlink Sevima using the DeLone and McLean model. The main focus of the research is to evaluate the impact of information quality, system quality, and service quality on application usage and user satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires from 90 respondents, namely students from the 2020 cohort of the Faculty of Computer Engineering and Design. The results show that information quality and system quality have a positive and significant impact on usage and user satisfaction. Conversely, service quality does not show a significant impact on either variabel. Nevertheless, overall application usage and user satisfaction have a significant positive impact on the net benefits obtained from the Edlink Sevima application. This study affirms the relevance of the DeLone and McLean model in evaluating the success of information systems and provides important insights that enhancing information and system quality should be a top priority to improve user experience, while service quality requires a more specific approach tailored to user needs.
